In practical terms, it’s a tech company which will build and manage a website for you, under our orphicsuite.com domain, for a low annual fee. Think of it like having a personal web department for your business – without the high cost. We chose the name “Orphic Suite” to imply a complete set (suite) of web solutions that might feel almost magical (that’s the Orphic part) in how easy it is for you. In short, we handle website creation, design, hosting, and maintenance, all in one package.

Orphic Suite is designed for anyone who needs a simple, professional web presence without the usual cost and hassle. Are you a small business owner, an independent professional, a non-profit organization, or even a hobbyist or influencer wanting a personal site? Then Orphic Suite is for you. We cater to all kinds of industries – from farmers, teachers, and shop owners to clinics, churches, consultants, and beyond. If you don’t have a website yet, or you have one that’s hard to maintain, we built Orphic Suite with you in mind. Our service is especially helpful if you consider yourself non-technical or if you don’t have the budget to hire a full-time web developer.

You won’t be using a complicated site builder tool or hosting panel – we do all that for you behind the scenes. Your interaction with us is straightforward: you give us basic information (through a simple form or a phone call), and we take it from there. If you can send an email or fill out a short questionnaire about your business, you have all the “skills” needed. We’ll handle the geeky stuff. And if you ever want to make changes, you can just ask us. Of course, we can show you how to make small edits if you’re curious, but it’s completely optional. Think of Orphic Suite as a done-for-you service.

Yes, it is truly $60 per year for the standard package, and there is no catch. We pride ourselves on being transparent. $60/year (which is just $5 a month) includes your 3-page website, design, the subdomain, hosting, maintenance, the works. There are no hidden fees. How can we do it so affordably? The key is that we use our centralized platform to host many websites together efficiently, and we stick to the essentials that most small entities need. By operating at scale and cutting out unnecessary extras, we keep costs low. We also genuinely want to help people, so we’re okay with a smaller profit margin than most, in exchange for reaching more clients. The only time you’d ever pay more is if you request something beyond the standard offering (for example, an extra page, a custom domain purchase, or a specialized feature like an e-commerce store). But those are entirely optional and always discussed upfront. Ninety percent of our clients find that $60/year covers everything they need. No surprises, no “freemium” gimmicks – just honest pricing.

Absolutely not. This isn’t a free ad-supported service – you are paying for a professional service (albeit a very affordable one!). That means your website will be clean, branded for your business, and free of third-party advertisements. We don’t put any annoying banner ads or “powered by” badges on your site. The focus is entirely on you and your content. We want your business to shine, and cluttering your site with ads would go against that philosophy. The Orphic Suite subdomain is the only small branding tie-in, but it’s in the URL only (e.g., yourname.orphicsuite.com). On the site itself, what visitors will see is just information about your business, nothing more.

By default, we provide a subdomain (yourname.orphicsuite.com) as part of the package because it’s the most cost-effective solution. However, we understand that some clients may want their own .com or other domain. Yes, you can use a custom domain with Orphic Suite, with a little extra setup. There are two ways:

  1. You already have a domain: If you’ve bought mybusiness.com elsewhere, we can help point it to your Orphic Suite website. There’s no charge from us for integrating it; you would just continue to pay your domain registrar (typically $10-15/year) for the domain itself.

  2. You want a new domain: We can guide you to purchase a custom domain (at cost price from a registrar), or in some cases, we can purchase/manage it on your behalf and add the cost of the domain to your annual fee. (For example, a .com domain is usually around $12-15 per year – we’d let you know the exact amount before proceeding.)
    In both cases, once set up, your website can be accessed via your custom domain. Behind the scenes, it will still be hosted on our platform, but your visitors won’t know or care – they’ll see your nice custom URL. Important: We don’t force anyone to use our subdomain if they prefer their own domain; it’s simply there to save you money and simplify things if you want. Many of our clients start with the orphicsuite.com address and later upgrade to a custom domain as their business grows – we fully support that.

It’s pretty quick! Once you sign up and provide us with the initial info we need, we typically have a first version of your website ready within 3-5 business days (often sooner). The process can take a bit longer if we’re waiting on you for content or feedback – for example, if you need time to write your About page or gather photos. But if you have your basic content ready, we can move fast. After we show you the first version, the timeline mostly depends on how quickly you review and let us know of any changes. Simple revisions are usually done within a day. So, from sign-up to a live approved website, it’s often within one week. We’ll communicate with you closely during this time to keep things moving at a pace you’re comfortable with. Our goal is to get you online as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality.

No problem at all – changes are expected and easy to make. Because our service includes ongoing maintenance, you can request updates anytime. Just shoot us an email or give us a call explaining what you want to change. It could be anything from updating a phone number, adding a new service to your list, changing a photo, or even a more significant change like adding a customer testimonial. We’ll take care of it promptly. Minor text or image changes are part of our free maintenance. If you’re asking for a bigger change (say, adding a whole new page or a complex feature), we’ll discuss if there’s any small cost involved before doing it – but we always aim to keep things affordable or even free when possible. Alternatively, if you prefer a bit of DIY, we can provide you access to a simple editor where you can modify text and pictures yourself. It’s entirely up to you. The bottom line is: your website is meant to evolve with your business, and we’re here to support that evolution every step of the way.

Our core package is focused on informational websites (the classic Home/About/Contact structure) rather than full e-commerce. So, if you need a small online shop, Orphic Suite might not be the perfect fit out-of-the-box. However, there are a few ways we can assist:

  • If you have just a few products or services to sell, we might integrate something simple like a PayPal “Buy Now” button or a basic order form on your site. This allows for lightweight transactions without a complex store system.

  • For a full-fledged online store with a catalog, shopping cart, and payment processing, we would likely recommend a more specialized platform (such as Shopify or WooCommerce). That said, we can help set up a basic store on a subdomain or link your Orphic Suite site to a store on another service.

  • We are exploring an advanced plan for the future that might include e-commerce capabilities as an add-on, but as of now, our $60/year service is best for a web presence (marketing site) rather than an online store.
    In summary, if selling online is a central need, let’s discuss it. We’ll be honest if we think you’d be better served by a different solution. If your e-commerce needs are modest, we can often implement a solution to accommodate it within Orphic Suite’s framework, and we’ll always keep any additional costs transparent and minimal.

  • Link to those existing profiles from your new website (so visitors can easily find and follow your pages).

  • Ensure consistency (for example, if your Facebook page has a slightly different name or old info, we can update it to match the website details if you want).

  • Import any useful information from your social pages to the site content (for instance, if your Facebook about section has a nice description of your business, we can repurpose that on your website).
    Basically, we’ll integrate what you already have with what we’re creating. Orphic Suite is about unifying your online presence. So there’s no issue if you already started building that presence on social media or other platforms — we’ll just add the missing piece (a great website) and make sure it’s all connected.
